11:00am to 2pm / 5pm to 8pm – available for yoga and holistic therapies


1:30pm to 3:00pm Yoga & Relaxation for over 60’s
A fun and friendly class with a fabulous bunch of people. The class involves turning up, gentle moves, some harder moves and lots of laughter. You must be over 60s
runs term time only.

6:15pm – 7:15pmYoga Beginners Basics/Level 1 
If your new to yoga but also want a bit of a challenge this “how to do” class is a great place to start. This class is designed to build strength and confidence whilst improving flexibility creating greater physical and mental health and wellbeing. Also a good stepping stone to the 7.30pm class.

7:30pm – 9:00pm– Yoga for Intermediates+ 
This class will give you all the tools your need to maximize your potential. Strong focus on alignment and muscle function while enhancing your physical and mental health and wellbeing.

7:30pm to 9:00pm Vinyasa Yoga Flow
A carefully choreographed flow sequence of postures synchronized to the breath. This mixed ability class will build strength whilst improving flexibility creating physical and mental health and wellbeing

What to bring to class:
you are encouraged to purchase your own equipment.
Yoga mats, blocks & straps can purchased through myself or visit 
I do carry a limited amount of equipment for use until you have purchased your own.

  1. Hi Sue Apologies as ive only just seen this msg. the website classes programme is up to date even if im a little slow at times, and all the classes you can just turn up & join in anytime.

  2. Hi I would like to attend the lamplight yoga and meditation. Do I need to book? or can I just turn up?
