Lots of people choose to do 1-2-1 sessions for a number of reasons. If you are thinking of starting a yoga class & feel you need a helping hand to start, 1-2-1 sessions can give you a great boost, helping you find knowledge & understanding of postures & breathing techniques, so you can use them confidently in a class.
On our first meeting/consultation, time will be given to fully discuss your concerns, needs, aims & goals. We can then look at the best approach for you!
I can develop a practice that is suited to you so that you can work on a specific area or problem. Teaching will be done in should a way that you will feel confident even while you are practicing at home on your own.
It may be that a 1-2-1 session is more appropriate for a client with a busy work schedule because getting to class is going to be tricky to fit in. so for this reason, a 1-2-1 session is the only way. 1-2-1 sessions can be held at your home or in the workplace if appropriate.
I can create practice sheets for you to work from for in-between the sessions. This way we can see what is and isn’t working for you and how we can progress.
Please note, consistency is key to your progress, so there should be a level of commitment from you.
Because of this, I recommend a course of 6/10 sessions booked. This is a realistic timescale, ‘providing you do your homework of course’ I can, however, offer ‘one-offs’ if this accommodates your needs more.
Practice sheets are only given for 6/10 sessions or more booked. A 6/10 session course is paid for at week one to qualify for Practice sheets and a discount.
- 6 x 75mins session course = £240
- 10 x 75mins session course = £380
- 1 x 75mins session = £45
Note: there maybe a small charge added depending on the distance travelled to & from your home workplace
